With over 25 years of expertise in user experience design and product management, our founder, Christopher Harness, understands that true luxury is in the details. His journey began in the corporate world, designing software for Fortune 500 companies, where he mastered the art of creating meaningful experiences. But when the world slowed down in 2020, his love for tea evolved into something greater—a vision for a brand that blends craftsmanship with culture.
